The Audi House of Progress Singapore, welcoming customers in February 2025, is Audi’s dedicated lifestyle destination. It marks a new home for the brand, and ushers in a revolutionary end-to-end experience for customers in Singapore. The Audi House of Progress Singapore will be Audi’s flagship concept and so much more – embodying the essence of Vorsprung durch Technik in an immersive and thrilling new way. Beyond opportunities to experience, test drive and purchase current and future Audi models, visitors and customers will be treated to the next level of connection and engagement with Audi. This includes an elevated dining experience, a curated, bespoke programme of product launches, partner and customer events, exclusive gatherings, and much more.

Product consultation and test drives

Audi x Burnt Ends Cafe

Audi x Burnt Ends cafe

Set to open its second bakery, the House of Progress has brought Audi’s heritage and Burnt Ends’ culinary expertise together, creating a Audi x Burnt Ends cafe. This bakery offers an exclusive selection of German-inspired bakes, such as a reimagined Curry Wurst, Schnitzel Sliders, as well as Apple Streudel doughnuts, Black Forest doughnuts and pretzels. Visitors can expect Burnt Ends’ signature Slayer’s Blend and an interactive coffee brew bar where baristas will use various brewing methods to bring out the best flavours.

Audi Performance Suite

Visitors can expect to experience Vorsprung durch Technik, or 'progress through technology,' at the performance area. From getting up close to racing sport models to driving a racing simulator, visitors will truly embody the Audi spirit.

quattro Golf Lounge

As the annual Audi quattro Cup brings together like-minded golfers, the top-of-the-line golf simulator allows visitors to try their hand at golf, virtually transporting them to renowned golf courses around the world.

Exclusive Event Space

Specially curated programs for myAudiworld members will be held regularly at the Audi House of Progress. Members and visitors can sign up for masterclasses or exclusive events available only to members.

Business Announcement

We are thrilled to announce that Audi Singapore will continue to take customer experiences to the next level, and revolutionise the future of premium mobility, by selling new cars directly to consumers starting January 2025. This strategic move marks a key milestone as we prepare for the official opening of Audi House of Progress Singapore at Cross Street Exchange (18 Cross Street, Singapore 048423) in February 2025. 

 

As part of the transition, Audi's showroom will be relocated from 281 Alexandra Road to this new, state-of-the-art location – an immersive lifestyle destination and Audi’s new home in Singapore, offering an unparalleled brand experience for all Audi enthusiasts.

 

In alignment with our commitment towards personalisation and seamlessness, Audi Singapore will continue our long-standing partnership with Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd. Premium Automobiles remains Audi’s dedicated partner and will continue to deliver benchmark aftersales services, ensuring that you receive the same exceptional care.

 

New Car Sales and Test Drives

In the interim, from 1 January 2025 until the official opening of Audi House of Progress Singapore, new car sales and test drives can be arranged via:

  • Interim Location: Audi Training Centre
    • Aperia Mall, 12 Kallang Ave, #01-58/61, Singapore 339511
    • Monday - Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    •  Closed on public holidays

Aftersales Services

In the meantime, Audi Service Centre at 281 Alexandra Road will no longer be handling new service bookings moving forward. From 1 January 2025, all aftersales services will be consolidated at Audi Service Centre at 55 Ubi Road 1 as we scale up to serve you better.

 

For aftersales-related matters: 

  • Visit the Audi Service Centre at 55 Ubi Road 1
    •  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    •  Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    •  Closed on Sundays and public holidays
  • Service appointments can be made through the Audi Service App, which can be downloaded via the App Store and Google Play.
