Audi connect
Have you bought a vehicle with the Audi connect feature? Follow the instructions below on how to get Audi connect set up. The steps include registration, verification and setting up a key user.
You will need to download the myAudi app available on both the App Store and Google Play. You can also use your web browser to get started.
Step 1: myAudi registration
Your myAudi user is integrated with Audi connect. Here you can configure, manage your Audi connect services and change user settings. Registration is possible via the myAudi app or at "www.my.audi.com".
- Use your email address as your username.
- Set a password.
- Once logged in, you can add your Audi by clicking on the "Add my Audi" button. Register your vehicle with the chassis number (VIN). This can be found in your vehicle registration document.
- You should also set Audi Centre Singapore or Audi Service Centre Ubi as your preferred servicing partner under "Dealer search".
Step 2: Define a key user
In order to be able to use the full Audi connect digital and remote services, you must verify yourself as the key user on myAudi. You can do this via the myAudi portal or in the myAudi app and then log into your vehicle.
- Click on "Account" under the main menu and then "Agreements" to start the verification process.
- You will be required to key in your personal details, followed by setting up of a 4-digit PIN number.
- Select mobile phone number as your verification mode. You will be required to key in a one time password (mTAN) sent to your phone.
- Log in to your myAudi account through your vehicle's MMI system.
- You will require a 10-digit vehicle code to be entered. This can be found on the plastic tag or card that came with your vehicle key. You can scratch the silver material to reveal the code.
- Set your account as the key user.
Step 3: Enable Audi service request reminder
Our service team will contact you approximately 1 month before your vehicle's service due date to ensure prompt servicing within the required service interval.
- In the myAudi App, select 'Service topic'.
- Select 'Automatic service reminder' to activate this feature*.
